Job Responsibilities:崗位職責：1、Responsible for the design and optimization of company’s medical imaging product user interface and company’s website including generating user interface specifications, developing prototypes, and wireframes. 負責公司醫(yī)學(xué)影像產(chǎn)品用戶界面和網(wǎng)站的設(shè)計和優(yōu)化，包括用戶界面規(guī)范書，設(shè)計原型和線框模型。2、Researching and analyzing industry trends including competitors, comparable experiences, and customer feedback. 研究和分析行業(yè)趨勢，包括競爭對手，可比的經(jīng)驗和客戶反饋。3、Executing design work consistent with design and brand standards, documenting and driving design standards and patterns across channels and products. 確保設(shè)計工作和設(shè)計品牌標準一致，撰寫設(shè)計和模式標準，并推廣到公司各個產(chǎn)品和部門。4、Carrying out concept design and work flow design, determining the real-time response criteria, performing the usability evaluation and testing, taking the initiative in optimizing work flow and interface design to improve product usability satisfaction. 把設(shè)計概念和工作流設(shè)計有效得貫徹到具體設(shè)計中，對當前設(shè)計需求能夠很快做出準確判斷，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品易用性的評估與測試結(jié)果，能夠主動地對產(chǎn)品的工作流與界面設(shè)計進行優(yōu)化以提高用戶對產(chǎn)品的使用滿意度。5、Taking directions from other team members and effectively negotiating trade-offs between product management and engineering. 聽從其他同事工作需求，并對設(shè)計任務(wù)在產(chǎn)品管理和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)之間進行有效的平衡。Job Qualifications:任職資格：1、BS or higher, majoring in in digital media, visual communication, industrial design, and other related equivalents, and two years interaction design experience is a minimal. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)字媒體、視覺傳達、工業(yè)設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)，至少兩年交互設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。2、 Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator, and working knowledge of Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, or the like. 精通photoshop/ Illustrator，具有Axure，Balsamiq，Omnigraffle或類似工具的實際工作經(jīng)驗。3、 Working experience in creating process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize detailed interaction behaviors. 具有利用工作流、線框模型、和樣機有效地把詳細交互行為表達出來的工作經(jīng)驗。4、Creative in nature, passionate in discovering current trends in the industry, and design new over the trends. 充滿創(chuàng)意的個性，有激情地去發(fā)現(xiàn)行業(yè)趨勢，并提出創(chuàng)新設(shè)計。 5、 Strong logical and fast learning capability is must必須具備很強的邏輯和快速學(xué)習(xí)能力6、 Excellent visual skills and sensitivity towards color, layout, and typography. 優(yōu)秀的視覺技能和具有很高的顏色、布局和排版敏感度。7、Strong oral and written communication skills are essential 清晰的語言表達能力和顯著的文案編輯能力8、Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as working independently具有優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和協(xié)作能力，既能與團隊合作也能獨立工作
